Spring Into "Colorado Libraries 2.0" (.ppt)
The Colorado Libraries 2.0 project is aimed at helping librarians become familiar with Web 2.0 tools. This online program guides participants through different 2.0 topics using self-paced modules. Attendees of this hands-on computer workshop will explore different modules of the project, delve into a topic or two of their choice, and receive personal attention and guidance from 4 experienced presenters. After attending this workshop, participants will come away with a thorough understanding of the project and confidence to complete the remainder of the modules on their own. They will then, in turn, be able to help patrons and students alike gain knowledge of the world of Web 2.0.

This hands-on workshop is different: it will expose attendees to practical, web-based tools useful for everyday life, professional development, and personal growth. Geared to all levels of experience, this session will involve interaction, hands-on experimentation and discussion of practical tools for keeping current, staying organized, communication, and collaboration.
