This self-paced online learning was developed to provide libraries large and small a basic customer service tool designed specifically for library staff. I was responsible for drafting the majority of the actual content and scenarios for each module in collaboration with Mary Beth Faccioli who used Articulate develop the online course.

Colorado Libraries 2.0 was created in 2010 as a joint project of the Reach Continuing Education Forum and technology experts across Colorado to help library staff become familiar with a variety of web 2.0 tools. Each module represents a category of web 2.0 tools. Each tool efficiently describes what it is, why it is important, hands on exercises, and links to more information. (Website - Wordpress)
